| Description: | Start-Up LLC in pre-launch needs software engineer willing to work freelance without cash payment but for small share 0.125%) of common equity plus a larger share of $2.50 Preferred shares. If the company will not obtain the amount of financing sought to commence operations, there will be no payment for the work done.
The company has filed patent applications in USA and 80 countries worldwide for its technology to disable driver texting at a programmable trigger speed. Proof of Concept demo prototype has been built on an Android platform on T-Mobile's GMS network. Additional demo prototype has been ordered to run on Verizon's CDMA network.
Next will come applications (apps) capable of being downloaded by parents for installation on a Blackberry or iPhone belonging to their teen children on Sprint and other networks.
Software Engineers with experience in telecom
and coding are invited to bid what number of $2.50 preferred shares will be acceptable to them under the conditions as stated. Maximum Bid (2000 shares) would pay $5,000 per year before common shareholders (including the company's founder and the executive team) could expect any distributions. |
